Sales & Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in a luxury resort setting, you help promote the brand, answer guest inquiries, and support sales of stays, packages, and vacation club previews. You explain preview requirements, verify guest eligibility, schedule tours, and may provide appropriate complimentary items. You also handle calls and messages accurately, follow company policies, and work on site with the team to ensure a welcoming, professional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of the hotel and brand image to guests, callers, and potential vacation owners.
• Use consultative sales techniques to upsell stays, packages, and enhancements while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Screen and schedule preview package sales or tours, confirming that guests meet eligibility requirements.
• Explain terms, requirements, and details of preview packages and sales presentations clearly to guests.
• Answer questions about property facilities and services and accurately relay guest messages.
• Determine and issue appropriate complimentary items or rewards to thank guests for their patronage.
• Follow company policies, protect proprietary information, and maintain a professional appearance on property.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support shared service and sales goals and perform other related duties as assigned.
