Lawn Maintenance Foreman

United Land Services is a leading commercial landscaping company providing year-round landscape maintenance and a full range of landscape services. We work with a variety of properties, including single-family home developments, condominium communities, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. Our services include landscape design and installation, irrigation, hardscapes, and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.

• Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.

• Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.

• Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.

Requirements:

• Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.

• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.

• Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.

• Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.

• Valid driver’s license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
