Job Description

The role supports PCM and Sales teams by gathering, validating, and analyzing inventory data, reviewing contracts, preparing reports, and providing accurate information for customer review and revenue planning.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collect, cleanse, and analyze inventory-related data.

·         Review sales contracts and maintain accurate records.

·         Generate revenue analysis and inventory reports.

·         Support quote creation and error correction activities.

·         Identify trends and provide reporting to leadership.

·         Share operational best practices and process improvements.

·         Work closely with PCM and Sales teams to support customer requirements.

·         Ensure compliance with customer data privacy requirements.  

Required Skills

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills.

·         Advanced Excel and spreadsheet capabilities preferred.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

·         Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high accuracy. 

Graduate in any discipline.

·         1-3+ years of experience in inventory management, sales support, order management, contract administration, telecom operations, or related back-office operations.
