The Role

• Engage with customers and decision-makers within an assigned territory to generate sales.
• Ensure product availability by fulfilling merchandising needs and acting as an brand ambassador.
• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive sales volume through promotional activities and by suggesting/completing orders for new and out-of-stock items.

What You'll Need

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong bias for action.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success.
