Dispatcher

• 1 worker: Sunday Wednesday

• 1 worker: Wednesday Saturday


• 1 worker: Sunday Wednesday

• 1 worker: Monday Friday with rotating weekends

• Answers the telephone and performs call-ahead request for field technicians.


• Receives and dispatches non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations


• Dispatches orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution


• Monitors, routes, and documents work orders to service technicians; reviews backlogged work orders.


• Coordinates daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders


• Resolves scheduling concerns between the company s Call Center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum results.


• Acts as liaison between the company, customers, state and local governmental agencies in an emergency situation.
