The Role

  • Inspire customers with attractive product displays, expert advice, and exceptional service at the fresh food counter.
  • Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of meats, sausages, cheeses, and delicatessen items.
  • Independently create specialty items based on established recipes.
  • Maintain high standards of freshness, presentation, and adherence to hygiene regulations.
  • Play a key role in the daily operations of the fresh food department.

What You'll Need

  • Ideally, completed vocational training as a butcher, meat cutter, or a specialist sales apprenticeship in the food trade with a focus on butchery.
  • A genuine passion for customer interaction and the retail sector.
  • A reliable, responsible, customer-oriented, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
