Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester, Jr

Direct Client Requirement:

QA Analyst, Tester
Location: Hybrid - Nashville, Tennessee 37203

This position will support testing of modernization through supporting and leading the UAT test phase.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Support and lead the UAT test phase for modernization applications.

• Knowledge and experience in manual and automation testing as part of an Agile/Scrum project team.

• Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira, SQL Server

• Experience with Postman for API testing, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca or other automation test tools.

• Experience with API and Performance Testing.

• Work with users and various business areas in creating and executing manual test cases.

• Create and execute automation test scripts to increase test coverage.

• Reuse repetitive automated tests to aid in reducing testing time.

• Create automation scripts for ServiceNow applications, including Customer Portal, Provider Portal, Worker Portal, HR Portal, and Legal Portal.

• Support testing of modernized applications, including EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE.

• Learn new application functionality and automation tools as required.
