Job Description

Papiertechnologe (m/w/d) | Wörth am Rhein, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a leading European paper manufacturer known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. This established company operates across various sectors of the paper industry, utilizing 100% recycled materials for its production. They are seeking a skilled individual to join their team at a key production facility.

The Role

  • Operate and monitor paper manufacturing plant equipment both on-site and remotely.
  • Manage the startup and shutdown procedures for the paper machine and handle paper web breaks.
  • Perform felt changes and guide assigned personnel.
  • Conduct cleaning of equipment components and replace doctor blades.
  • Adjust and verify paper web tensions.
  • Monitor quality parameters using various control systems and laboratory data.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Paper Technologist is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure in a demanding production environment.
