Job Description

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Technical Product Owner for one of its clients in San Ramon, CA

Job Title: Technical Product Owner

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years product/BA experience, 4+ as Technical PO on a customer-facing enterprise SaaS portal; bachelor's in CS/Engineering; CSPO or PSPO certification preferred.
  • Own the product backlog and release roadmap. Translate business asks from stakeholders into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize against value, dependency, and release capacity. Skills: Agile/Scrum (SAFe preferred), Jira/Azure DevOps, story writing, roadmap and release planning.
  • Drive the customer self-service experience - account and org management, licensing and entitlements, downloads, subscription visibility, and support case flows. Skills: B2B customer portal / self-service product experience, licensing & entitlement models, subscription and renewals lifecycle.
  • Own integration requirements across the enterprise ecosystem (CRM, CPQ, ERP, entitlement and license servers, support and knowledge systems). Skills: REST/GraphQL API design literacy, systems integration, data mapping, event-driven patterns, Salesforce ecosystem exposure.
  • Define identity, access, and entitlement rules - SSO, org hierarchy, role-based permissions, and delegated administration for enterprise customers and partners. Skills: SAML/OIDC/OAuth2, IAM and RBAC concepts, multi-tenant access modeling, data privacy/compliance awareness.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and QA through delivery - grooming, sprint reviews, UAT sign-off, and post-release adoption measurement. Skills: Cloud-native/microservices fluency (AWS or Azure), analytics tooling (Adobe/GA, Pendo), A/B testing, stakeholder communication at director/VP level.
