About the Role

An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join its friendly and professional team. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions to a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and retirees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to develop their technical expertise within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports, recommendations, and financial planning documentation.
• Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning products.
• Analyse existing client arrangements and identify planning opportunities.
• Assist Advisers in developing bespoke financial strategies for clients.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Liaise with providers, clients, and internal administration teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing reviews.

About You

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning role within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products.
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards).
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Experience using financial planning and provider platforms.
