15+ years in Process Engineering, Process Improvement, or Business Process Management.
Strong Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain experience.
Hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Forecasting.
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, and process optimization.
Experience with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of SAP PP/MM, SAP IBP, Celonis, Signavio, or Visio is preferred.
