Strategic CSM for DevOps Tools & Adoption

Coder is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding and rollout plans, guiding customers from deployment to renewal. You will monitor health, engage with stakeholders, and partner with Sales on expansions while collaborating with Support and Product to resolve issues.

You will build strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, advocate for customers, and stay ahead of CS best practices across developer tools and cloud platforms.
