The Role

• Evaluate and evolve tracking and data fusion algorithms and system designs, often within larger system-of-systems efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and address complex technical challenges.
• Design and conduct studies to provide algorithmic proof-of-concept and develop system design recommendations.
• Develop and present analysis packages and briefings to sponsors and key audiences.
• Incorporate information from multiple, disparate sources to create robust tracking and fusion capabilities.

What You'll Need

• BS in mathematics, electrical engineering, statistics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and evaluating tracking and data fusion algorithms and systems.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in data association, state-estimation, Kalman filtering, track-level fusion, and sensor information characterization.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments using modeling, simulation, and data analysis in tools like MATLAB or Python.
• Strong communication skills for presenting briefing materials to diverse audiences.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance; US citizenship is required.
