- Carry out minor repairs across a wide range of lift equipment within your assigned portfolio
- Deliver work to a high standard, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Complete detailed risk assessments and maintain accurate site records and log cards
- Support and mentor apprentices and trainee engineers, sharing knowledge to develop future talent
- Work closely with the Norwich branch, maintaining strong communication and service delivery standards
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Proven experience as a Lift Engineer, with a focus on carrying out minor repairs
- Good understanding of lift systems, fault finding, and safe working practices
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- 25 days + bank holidays
