Wellington Park is seeking a motivated, high-energy Leasing Specialist to join a dynamic, customer-focused community in Lewisville, TX. You'll be the face of an exceptional apartment community, turning prospects into residents and residents into long-term members of the Wellington Park family.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Drive maximum occupancy and maintain high renewal rates through outstanding leasing performance
- Conduct engaging apartment showings that make prospects fall in love with their future home
- Manage the full leasing cycle — from move-ins and move-outs to lease negotiations and renewals
- Ensure all leasing paperwork and applications are completed accurately and remain current
- Build lasting relationships with residents that create a true sense of community
- Apply your knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures to deliver consistent, professional results
1–2 years of apartment leasing experience (required)
A passion for outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations at every turn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, friendly, and people gravitate toward you
A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to be an indispensable part of a winning team
Availability and willingness to work weekends
