Job Description :

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, and PowerShell
• Support LAN/WAN, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, hardware, and software
• Manage patches, backups/restores, software deployments, and upgrades
• Support Microsoft 365, Office, and user onboarding/offboarding
• Monitor and resolve IT issues through JIRA Help Desk
• Support cybersecurity, MFA, antivirus, certificates, and firewalls
• Coordinate vendors, hardware purchases, repairs, and maintenance
• Provide technical support to IT teams and business users
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support for critical issues
