This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of our high-standard production processes, contributing to our commitment to sustainable product protection. The Role • Operate and monitor technically similar production machines, ensuring operational targets are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues during operation or setup. • Verify product quality against checklists and implement corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings in SAP. • Support maintenance teams with repair and servicing tasks. • Perform routine machine maintenance according to specifications. What You'll Need • Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a Machine and Plant Operator, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent. • Previous relevant work experience is advantageous. • Familiarity with quality and hygiene standards. • Proficiency with SAP systems is a plus. • Strong German language communication skills. • Willingness to work in a 2-shift, or optionally a 3-shift, operating schedule.
