Python Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned AI Python Engineer with 8 - 12 years of experience to join our team and build intelligent, production-grade AI systems.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python and hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic workflows using LangGraph.

You’ll work extensively with AWS services including SQS for message-driven architectures, and manage vector data with PostgreSQL and pgvector for semantic search and AI-powered retrieval.

Strong experience with PostgreSQL at scale — schema design, query optimization, and data modeling — is essential. We’re looking for someone who takes full ownership of their work, drives projects independently from conception to production, and communicates with transparency and honesty at every step.
