Oracle Procurement & Supply Chain Practice Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Procurement & Supply Chain Practice Lead to develop, lead and grow our Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) consulting capabilities.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of deep Oracle Fusion functional knowledge, end-to-end business process expertise, strong consulting leadership and a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.

The role will have a particular focus on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Advanced Procurement, alongside strong functional and implementation expertise in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management and Order Management.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership position with responsibility for shaping our Procurement and SCM service offerings, developing and mentoring consulting teams, supporting business development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements.

The role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, engaging with senior client stakeholders, defining transformation roadmaps, providing solution leadership and growing a commercially successful consulting practice.

Skills and Requirements

• Significant experience in Oracle ERP and SCM consulting, including substantial hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Deep functional and implementation expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Advanced Procurement
• Proven implementation and solution design experience in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management and Order Management
• Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order Fulfilment and Order-to-Cash business processes
• Ability to lead complex cross-module solution design and resolve integration challenges across Procurement, SCM and Financials
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and translating strategic requirements into practical technology solutions
• Proven capability in business development, pre-sales, proposals, solution estimation and client presentations
• Experience building, managing or developing teams of Oracle functional consultants
• Strong commercial awareness, including project economics, utilisation, revenue, margin and delivery profitability
• Experience managing delivery risks, client escalations and complex stakeholder relationships
