- Own the process by which outcome and impact data moves from Organizational Learning and the Program Impact team into proposals, reports, and donor communications, including maintaining an approved set of externally citable metrics and running an annual data refresh.
- Build and maintain the institutional grants calendar so that every team knows when proposals, reports, and supporting data are due.
- Ensure grant records in Salesforce stay accurate and current, including grant periods, payment schedules, restrictions, and reporting deadlines.

- Maintain the contract and renewal calendar for all development systems.
- Use AI tools, including iMentor's enterprise Claude environment, to streamline development operations and reduce manual work.
- Continually look for more efficient ways to run development processes, and bring forward recommendations where automation or AI can improve accuracy, speed, or consistency.
- Provide operational support to the Associate Director of Donor Engagement and Events on campaigns and events, including GoFundMe Pro page administration, registration and attendee data, sponsor tracking, revenue capture, and post-event reconciliation as needed.
