The Role

• Service customer needs and recommend the best wireless plans and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach.
• Provide outstanding customer service during and after the sales process.
• Stay current with the latest technology products and services to advise customers effectively.
• Identify opportunities to recommend changes in products and services to meet evolving customer needs.
