JD:

We are seeking an experienced strong Full Stack Developer Django/Python experience to join our application development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing modern, responsive web applications and hands-on experience building and enhancing applications using Django.

This is primarily a front-end/application development role, but the candidate must be comfortable working with the Django backend, APIs, databases, and integrating front-end functionality with backend services.

The successful candidate should be able to work independently, understand existing application architecture, troubleshoot issues across the stack, and collaborate effectively with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Build, maintain, and enhance applications using Django and Python.
• Develop reusable front-end components and user interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with Django-based backend services and REST APIs.
• Work with existing Django applications to understand, troubleshoot, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate requirements and designs into functional applications.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and work with data-driven application functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and backend application issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Work with relational databases and write/modify SQL queries as required.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Contribute to improving application architecture, development standards, and overall code quality.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in Front-End or Web Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Django and Python.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Ability to understand and work within an existing codebase.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Experience working on enterprise-scale web applications.
• Experience with React and Django together.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-based application environments.
• Understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
