Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL/Mainframe development.
- Strong experience with JCL and Mainframe batch processing.
- Experience working in AIX/Unix environments.
- Experience with Shell/Unix scripting and batch processing.
- Strong knowledge of DB2 and SQL.
- Experience with Mainframe utilities and production support processes.
- Experience troubleshooting batch jobs and production issues.
- Understanding of application development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare insurance/payer systems, particularly Commercial Enrollment.
- Experience with enrollment, membership, eligibility, claims, billing, or related healthcare systems.
- Experience working with external software vendors and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of data integrations and file-based interfaces.
- Experience with incident/problem management and production support tools.
