Azure DevOps Architect/Lead

Introduction:

The Azure DevOps Architect/Lead will play a crucial role in our team by designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure infrastructure using Terraform. They will be responsible for leading the DevOps initiatives and ensuring smooth deployment and operation of cloud resources.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform
• Lead DevOps initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of Azure resources
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure security best practices are implemented in the cloud environment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Azure and DevOps

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Azure cloud services
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of networking concepts and security protocols

Preferred Skills:

• Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-400
• Experience with other DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, or Ansible
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Scripting skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
