Location: Andover (CDP), MA Salary: $125,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually Description:
Sr. R&D Power Electronics Design Engineer opportunity

Full-Time, Direct hire

Onsite in Andover, MA

This position offers the chance to lead the design and development of advanced power conversion products, working through the full product lifecycle from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop DC/DC converter products.
• Perform power conversion, analog, and magnetics design.
• Conduct simulation, testing, component selection, and PCB layout.
• Develop product specifications and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of power electronics design experience.
• Experience with DC/DC converters, AC/DC converters, VRMs, or bus converters.
• Strong knowledge of switching power supply topologies and control systems.
• Hands-on experience with magnetics design, circuit simulation, PCB layout, and EMC/EMI considerations.
• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
