Licensed Insurance Sales Agents

Farmers Insurance Group's Presidents Council District Office supports the growth of insurance sales agents and agency owners in a competitive market with expanding career opportunities. Responsibilities

• Contact provided leads daily and explain suitable insurance coverage options.
• Build customer relationships through consultations, follow-ups, and responsive sales support.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and policies.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and manage activity within the sales pipeline.
• Complete training and apply coaching to improve sales performance.

Required Qualifications

• Comfortable working with inbound prospects, existing policyholders, walk-in customers, and referral partners.
• Must be eligible to work and reside in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally with 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Able to obtain both Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.
