Title: Java Full Stack + AI Lead
Domain: Banking / Finance
Location: Dallas, TX - 3 days a week, Day one onsite. (Looking for Local Candidates or those who are ready to relocate)
Employment type: FTE or C2H
Responsibilities:
Lead full stack development efforts using Java-based frameworks and modern front-end technologies
Architect and implement AI/ML solutions integrated into banking and financial platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices within a cloud-based infrastructure
Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Java full stack development (Spring Boot, Angular/React, etc.)
Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating intelligent solutions into enterprise applications
Strong background in banking or financial services domain knowledge
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases
Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring development teams
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX a minimum of 3 days per week from day one
