The Role

• Utilize modern 3D planning tools to visualize customer desires and create dream kitchens.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, focusing on style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Handle offer creation, objection handling, and coordinate project logistics like delivery and installation.
• Contribute significantly to the success of our expanding kitchen segment.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct kitchen sales.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market trends.
• Proficiency in professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• A confident, sociable, and self-directed approach to work.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design.
