The Role

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop and implement territory-specific programs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Communicate an effective and accurate sales presentation to customers, adhering to Pharma guidelines.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of business or customer service experience; sales experience preferred.
• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
