The Product Performance Analyst be responsible for leading the measurement, analysis, and reporting of Product performance to ensure high-quality insights and evidence-based decisions. This role is critical for driving continuous improvement in user experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes:

Role specific knowledge and experience

Minimum / essential

• Experience in performance analysis or data analytics roles, preferably in digital products or services.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, analytics platforms, and Excel.
• Experience developing and tracking metrics for digital service performance.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong data visualisation skills, with experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of data privacy and security principles.
• Experience analysing Google Analytics (GA4) data.
• Fluency in English.
• Current residency in the UK or Poland with unlimited right to work.

Desirable

• Experience with customer acquisition and retention analytics in a subscription based business.
• Knowledge of education technology or online learning services.
• Familiarity with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural context.
• Understanding of Agile ways of working and product development cycles.
