Job Description

OTA/OP-Pflegekraft (w/m/d) | Krefeld, Nordrhein-Westfalen | On-site

We are hiring for an esteemed hospital located on the Rhine, specializing in surgery, orthopedics, and internal medicine, and recognized as a leading center for hernia, spine, and joint replacement surgeries. This facility is dedicated to providing excellent patient care across its 10 operating rooms, supported by a robust team and advanced medical services.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive surgical care within a high-performing OR covering specialties including general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, trauma, spine, vascular surgery, and angiology.
  • Act as a key member of the interdisciplinary team by performing instrumenting and assisting duties, as well as "springer" roles during surgical procedures.
  • Contribute to seamless OR processes through trusted collaboration with colleagues and specialized departments.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards in processes and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care and operational readiness.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as an OTA or registered nurse, with a specialization/experience in operating room procedures being highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a structured, organized, and proactive manner, demonstrating initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills that foster a respectful and collegial team environment.
  • A commitment to achieving shared goals and contributing to high-quality patient care.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call services.
  • Proof of measles immunization.
