You're ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation.

In this role, you'll:

• Partner with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop project scopes, define requirements, and support project planning activities.
• Prepare briefing notes, business cases, and supporting documentation to facilitate funding requests, approvals, and informed decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage technical configuration changes, ensuring compliance with governance processes and operational requirements.
• Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, including coordinating project documentation, reporting, schedules, risks, and actions.
• Monitor project progress against key milestones and performance indicators, identifying and escalating issues as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives, priorities, and deadlines are achieved.
• Provide advice and support on project delivery, procurement, contracting, and governance activities.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and communications to keep stakeholders informed and support successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and operational processes.

Working within a growing and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in developing the strategy and implementation approach for standardising bus fleet components across hundreds of vehicles, supporting significant future procurement and operational outcomes.

This position is based in Sydney CBD and requires attendance in the office at least three days per week.
