Training Coordinator

Securitas seeks a Training Coordinator to plan, deliver, and track security training that supports our mission of protecting people, property, and assets. In this role, you will organize onboarding, compliance, and refresher courses for security officers, combining classroom, virtual, and on-site instruction. You will maintain accurate training records, support certification and licensing requirements, and collaborate with operations leaders to align curricula with client post orders, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. This role suits a detail-oriented communicator passionate about professional development and security.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and recurring training for security officers
• Deliver and schedule classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions
• Maintain training records and certifications for compliance
• Support development of safety, security, and emergency response curricula
• Liaise with site leaders and clients to align training with post orders
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Ensure adherence to company, client, and regulatory training standards
• Assist with certification preparation and skill-development programs
