Project Manager - Salesforce

Required skills:

Salesforce ecosystem experience and understanding of Service Cloud capabilities.

Experience within customer service, contact center, or case management transformation initiatives.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certifications.

Experience leading programs involving multiple implementation partners and system integrators.

A Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for leading a project team in delivering Salesforce.com solutions, ensuring that the project is completed according to the project charter or contract. They hold overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. The Project Manager manages the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements, including both IBM and client employees and third-party vendors. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, communication and risk management skills to coordinate and manage the various stakeholders and deliver a successful Salesforce.com solution.
