The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and closing complex contracts.
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with preference for industrial supply or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to embrace coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements for business use.
