Senior Children's Residential Support Worker | Albrighton, England | Hybrid | £36,231 - £40,640

We're hiring on behalf of a leading provider of specialist education and care for children and young people with special educational needs. The Role

Facilitate the daily lives of young people, supporting them through emotional highs and lows.
Act as a role model, helping young people to regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults.
Ensure smooth daily operations within the children's home and support the staff team.
Step up to deputise for Team Leaders when required, demonstrating leadership potential.
Relate to and build strong relationships with young people, showing empathy and compassion.
Provide leadership that inspires colleagues and contributes to maintaining high standards of care.

What You'll Need

A compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally resilient nature.
A 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
The resilience to effectively manage challenging situations.
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is advantageous, with support provided for those who don't yet hold it.
Honesty and integrity in all interactions.
