Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
2. Assess impacted stakeholder groups, identify adoption barriers and organizational risks, and develop targeted interventions and engagement strategies.
3. Develop communications, training, and readiness materials while partnering with business leaders, program teams, and change networks to support successful adoption.
4. Monitor feedback, readiness indicators, adoption metrics, risks, and outcomes and provide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	7+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, readiness, and organizational process improvement.
Technical Skills	Change Management Planning, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Microsoft 365, Presentation Development, SharePoint, Data and Adoption Analytics, AI-Enabled Productivity Tools
Business / Domain Skills	Organizational Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Transformation, Communications Strategy, Training and Adoption, Change Readiness
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, visual storytelling, multimedia communications, and AI-enabled content or productivity tools.
2. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple stakeholder groups and complex organizational impacts.
