Smile CDR Developer

Required Skills:

·         10+ years of software development/integration experience.

·         Strong experience with Smile CDR, Apache Camel, Python/PySpark, Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML.

·         Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR and healthcare interoperability.

·         Experience with API development/consumption, ETL/ELT, and distributed integration architectures.

·         Experience in healthcare/payer environments preferred.

Responsibilities:

·         Design and develop Smile CDR and FHIR-based integrations.

·         Build Apache Camel routes and REST API integrations.

·         Develop ETL/data pipelines using Python and PySpark.

·         Develop JavaScript-based Smile CDR modules and automation.

·         Implement healthcare interoperability solutions supporting CMS Interoperability, Prior Authorization, Payer-to-Payer, Provider Access

·         Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and production issues.

·         Collaborate with architects and business teams on technical solutions.

·         Create technical documentation, mappings, and integration specifications.
