Summary: • Lead software development teams to extract actionable insights from complex structured and unstructured datasets. • Develop, automate, and ingest robust dataflows using Java, Apache NiFi, and scalable big data processing technologies. • Apply machine learning, statistical methods, Python, and Scala to analyze metadata and support automated data characterization.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $338k+ yearly Job Description: • Serve as technical lead across software development teams, selecting appropriate software processes and ensuring quality contr ol. • Devise strategies and architect solutions to extract value, patterns, and entity behaviors using statistical methods and machine learning. • Develop data pipelines and scale algorithms over large volumes of data using Apache Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, and Pig. • Ingest, process, and enrich various structured data formats including XML, CSV, and JSON. • Build and maintain automated dataflows utilizing Java, Python, Scala, and Apache NiFi. • Use data query and visualization tools to present question-focused datasets clearly. • Analyze requirements to support data characterization, indexing, and compliant data movement. • Delegate and oversee programming and testing responsibilities across multiple teams.
