Requirements
  • 7 years or more of experience in Source-to-Pay architecture, digital transformation, and enterprise S2P implementations.
  • Proficiency in leading end-to-end S2P solution architecture and platform implementations across complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Ivalua, JAGGAER, or comparable enterprise Source-to-Pay platforms.
  • Experience in S2P implementations for professional services organizations, including procurement and supplier-focused processes.
  • Experience with systems integrator leadership, vendor coordination, solution governance, and offshore transition activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and implementation strategy for an enterprise Source-to-Pay digital transformation initiative.
  • Evaluate S2P platform options and shape the future-state solution architecture based on business objectives.
  • Direct the selected systems integrator throughout design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and implementation teams to maintain architectural alignment and delivery quality.
  • Establish solution governance, design standards, implementation priorities, and technical decision-making processes.
  • Transition solution ownership to the offshore product team with structured documentation and operational handoff.
