Job Description:

We are seeking a PM Coordinator – Operations with strong experience in program management, strategy, operations, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will help drive operational excellence, standardized processes, and AI transformation initiatives within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program management, strategy, and operations initiatives.
• Develop and implement standardized operational processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional initiatives across global/matrixed teams.
• Support AI transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
• Track project activities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Use Airtable to organize, track, and manage operational data and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, design operations, or related cross-functional roles.
• Experience developing SOPs, operational processes, and workflow frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global or matrixed organizations.
• Experience supporting AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable preferred/required for the role.
