AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for client-facing products and internal tools
• Develop, train, and optimize models for NLP, recommendation, and predictive analytics use cases
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Implement clean, scalable, and well-documented code using modern MLOps and CI/CD practices
• Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Integrate AI services and APIs into existing platforms and client solutions
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior team members
