The Role

• Lead and inspire your team, acting as a role model and effectively implementing national sales concepts.

• Enhance customer satisfaction with appealing product displays, expert advice, and attentive service.
• Independently develop and execute sales-promoting initiatives.
• Manage all operational aspects, including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with fresh food counter expertise.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen understanding of quality and freshness.
• A solutions-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to tasks.

• Experience in a leadership role within the fresh food sector.
