Overview
We are Seeking an experienced SAP CO Lead to support a long-term Finance Transformation project for a global manufacturing and supply chain organization. The role will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions, partnering with business and IT stakeholders. Key focus areas include MTO, ETO, Product Costing (CO-PC), and core CO processes. Strong SAP ECC experience is required, with S/4HANA experience preferred
Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, validation, and deployment of SAP CO solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate business workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design with finance and IT stakeholders.
• Configure and support SAP CO for Make-to-Order (MTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes.
• Drive Product Costing (CO-PC), Standard/Actual Costing, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Internal Orders, Allocations, Variance Analysis, and Period-End Closing.
• Support testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with FI, PP, MM, SD, PS, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide functional leadership, solution governance, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Guide functional and technical teams and ensure solution quality, delivery standards, and alignment with business goals

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on SAP CO experience.
• Expertise in CO-PC, MTO, and ETO processes.
• Strong SAP ECC experience; S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience in complex/global manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive solution decisions.
• Preferred: Project Costing and Revenue Recognition using RA Key.
