Schedule
Full-time, 40+ hours per week. Schedule is flexible, but candidates must be available to work a half-day on Saturdays.

What You'll Do
Welcome and greet customers
Answer questions in person, by phone, and by email
Recommend products and guide customers on spec items
Process sales and special orders
Handle payments and operate the cash register and internal inventory system
Check inventory and request transfers from our second location when needed
Update customers on order status
Organize inventory and restock shelves
What We're Looking For
Previous retail or inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills and comfort working one-on-one with customers
Energetic, personable, and reliable
Solid computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
Professional communication skills by phone, email, and in person
