We are seeking a Female Security Officer to join our amazing team in Edinburgh. If you’ve worked as a Retail Assistant, Receptionist, Healthcare Assistant, Waitress (just to name a few), or in any customer‑facing role, you already have the foundations for a rewarding career in security. We’ll help you build the rest.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas your vigilance will ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
• Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches, following our comprehensive company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep our restricted areas safe.
• Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations
• Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and various external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses to security issues
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy

What we’re looking for:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Customer service experience.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Good communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
