Digital Analyst £40,000 - £45,000Hybrid - Merseyside (3x days per week)
Are you passionate about turning digital data into meaningful commercial insight? You'll play a key role in helping teams understand online performance, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities through advanced analytics.

The Role As an Ecommerce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that improve online performance and support business growth. Key responsibilities include:- Translate business challenges into analytical projects and data-driven recommendations
- Analyse web, customer, and commercial data to identify opportunities and trends
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across ecommerce and wider business teams
- Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions using BI tools
- Strong commercial experience working with BigQuery and SQL
- Experience analysing ecommerce or digital performance data
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker
- Understanding of analytical methodologies and data-driven problem solving
- Awareness of ETL processes and data automation concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
