Mechaniker (m/w/d) – Mietstation | Baumaschinen | Heimstetten, Germany | On-site We are seeking a skilled technician for a leading provider of rental construction machinery and equipment, known for its commitment to innovation and customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring our fleet is ready for deployment and expertly managed throughout the rental process. The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations. • Manage the check-out process for rental equipment, providing customers with competent operational guidance. • Oversee the check-in process for returned equipment, identifying and documenting any damages. • Perform testing, maintenance, care, and refurbishment of machinery and devices, including UVV inspections. • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance in the workshop, on construction sites, or at customer locations. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the operating premises and yard. What You'll Need • Technical or vocational training is desirable, with previous experience in equipment maintenance and servicing ideal. • Strong sense of responsibility, with reliable and precise work habits, particularly during equipment check-out and check-in. • A proactive and team-oriented attitude, willing to contribute and enjoy working collaboratively. • Comfort and skill in professionally advising customers during equipment handovers. • A valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in using PCs and smartphones for communication and work documentation. • Fluent written and spoken German.
