Job Description

About the Company

At Rezilient, we’re redefining what primary care looks like, making it more accessible, seamless, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our innovative CloudClinic model, we combine virtual provider visits with smart, tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver timely, personalized care. By removing traditional barriers to access and continuously expanding our specialty offerings, we’re creating a healthcare experience that’s as convenient as it is comprehensive.

About the Role

This role acts as the front door of Rezilient’s growth engine. The core of the job is top of funnel lead generation, then converting leads into booked discovery calls and product demos for our team of Account Executives. Performance is measured on outreach activity, meetings booked, demos conducted, and deals won. Training on our product, market, messaging, and sales tools will be provided, but at least one year of prior experience conducting cold outreach is required. Our ideal candidate brings a strong sense of professionalism, warmth, creativity, influence, and determination to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a daily list of new leads across benefits brokers/consultants and self-funded employers using Rezilient’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) as a guide.
  • Source new contacts through LinkedIn, sales tools, and provided lead lists, adding them to the CRM with accurate contact and company details so the top of the funnel never runs dry.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach using email, phone, and LinkedIn, and, when appropriate, in-person outreach at events, consistently meeting daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Follow established outreach cadences and templates, personalizing each touch with relevant details about the prospect’s market, clients, or business.
  • Convert interest into scheduled meetings by clearly communicating Rezilient’s value proposition, asking directly for the meeting (rather than waiting passively for the prospect to request it), offering specific times, and booking discovery calls and demos on Rezilient’s Account Executives’ calendars.
  • Work through common objections and early-stage questions using provided talk tracks and enablement materials.
  • Protect booked meetings by confirming, sending reminders, and rescheduling quickly, so that scheduled calls and demos actually take place.
  • Follow up persistently on every open thread, inbound inquiry, event lead, and webinar registrant until there is a yes, a no, or a scheduled next step.
  • Re-engage previously contacted brokers and consultants with new updates to restart conversations and create additional opportunities.
  • Capture any pertinent details to help Account Executives prepare for discovery meetings, including client or company size, geographic reach, funding structure (self-funded vs. fully insured), and current clinic or care model (if relevant), along with what prompted the prospect’s interest.
  • Log all outreach activity, prospect information, and meeting outcomes in CRM the same day, keeping pipeline and conversion reporting accurate for the broader growth team.
  • Monitor individual funnel metrics, including activity, reply rates, meetings booked, meetings held, and adjust outreach based on what is working.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and SDRs on target lists, outreach strategies, messaging, and prioritization, sharing insight on what is resonating in the market.
  • 1+ year of professional experience supporting outbound prospecting.
  • Willingness to conduct cold outreach by phone, email, and other channels.
  • Clear, friendly written and verbal communication, including the ability to keep a message succinct and specific for audiences that may include benefits brokers, consultants, and HR leaders
  • Strong sense of organization and consistency, able to work a daily lead list and follow up without dropping threads.
  • Coachable and curious, motivated by hitting activity and meeting goals, and quick to act on feedback.
  • Brings a strong level of determination and grit, and is unfazed by challenges.
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly; familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
