The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1 - KS5, delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work flexibly to support children and young people referred by local authorities and schools.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available) and professional references.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
